McLean Gardens is a 43-acre residential community in Northwest Washington with 31 buildings constructed in 1941, and a 9.4 acre parcel developed in the early 1980s with 625 dwelling units, commercial space, parking, a recreation center, and an administration building.  KCCT designed renovations to a series of residential units, the community center rehabilitation and site improvements in the last of a series of planning and renovation work at the former Evelyn Walsh McLean Estate.
