Following a site survey and facility assessment report, KCCT redesigned tenant suites within the PCC. The design enlarged and reconfigured the suite and replaced the chiller and the generator. Physical and technical security of the suite and generator were upgraded. Engineering services included mechanical and electrical systems replacement, ventilation and air conditioning improvements, modifications to shared communications facilities, seismic improvements, and structural support of a new chiller on the roof. KCCT coordinated the design and phasing to maintain mission critical operations throughout construction.
