U.S. Embassy Annex Office Building
At the U.S. Embassy Compound in Bogotá, Colombia, KCCT completed design, construction services, and managed contract coordination and supervision for the unfinished third-floor of the New Office Annex wing (1,832 square meters).
Given the interior fit-out scope of unfinished space, the project required a multi-discipline design team. The project required architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical engineering services, as well as telecommunication and data operations. All new systems fully integrated with the existing systems and equipment at the NOX and Chancery Compound.
Design work at the annex wing included all partitioning, finishes and furniture for three tenant suites, as well as their shared corridors, lavatories, and conference rooms for the fit-out. The finishes of the third-floor were designed to complement those on existing floors of the building. The project salvaged, rehabilitated, reupholstered, reconfigured, and augmented existing office systems furniture owned at the NOX.
