Our staff is involved in preserving cultural assets, designing comfortable live and work spaces, and making sure government facilities are secure around the world. Our projects allow our employees a unique opportunity to learn and take part in diverse international cultures.

We Gain Professional Knowledge

Our senior staff encourage professional growth, increased knowledge, licensures and registrations. KCCT offers its staff continued educational opportunities through online courses, weekly lunch and learns provided by industry experts, attendance at networking events and memberships in AEC organizations. Support is provided for professional licensure examinations, discipline certifications and continuing education

We Give & Participate

KCCT and its employee's actively participate in giving back to the community and industry related events. In order to ensure we are doing our part we have established a very active community committee who keeps our employees engaged in local events such as CAN-struction, Gingertown, Cosmo Couture, Posh Pumpkin, AIA DC, and several others. As good corporate citizens, we encourage employees to get involved and give back. We sponsor, volunteer, and mentor!

We Play

Hard work should not be without reward. We host holiday events, monthly birthday breakfasts, intra-office team sports, family night at local professional sports team events, and other fun team bonding activities.
