Katelin Rittenhouse leverages her expertise in commercial office, financial institution, and SCIF and secure-space projects for KCCT's interiors studio, applying a design approach that is thoughtful, thorough, and detail-oriented. With experience in the full lifecycle of a project, from the programming phase through construction, Katelin prioritizes being an active listener to each of her clients, many of whom are repeat clients. Her purposeful and perceptive questions help her understand the full breadth of each project to successfully realize the needs and objectives of her clients, and she values building trust and rapport with each client and consultant team. Integral to Katelin's project philosophy is her understanding of universal design's impact on inclusivity, respect, well-being, safety, and dignity for all.
Katelin attended Virginia Tech, where interior design appealed to both her technical and creative sides. She is an active member of her local church, leading the weekly youth group and mentoring one of her students. In her free time, she enjoys any type of live music venue and exploring the outdoors with her husband.
