KCCT's master plan and site renovation of walkways, roads, landscaping, and security at the White House and President's Park (Ellipse Area), and the renovation of the Ellipse Visitors Pavilion restored the integrity of this heavily used ceremonial space. The phased design and construction of the rehabilitation spanned a decade to avoid disrupting tourism and security.
